We are a small team of individuals who represent a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and gender identities. Our multidisciplinary team has professional backgrounds spanning social work, counselling, organisational consultancy, and people and culture. Collectively, we have worked in hospitals, community-based support agencies, emergency services, and tertiary education settings nationally and globally. We are passionate about our work and driven to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all.

We have specialist expertise in sexual misconduct, family and intimate partner violence, discrimination, child safety, gender affirmation, risk assessment and personal and online safety, with lived experience among our staff in some key areas. We are also experienced in critical incident management, organisational cultural change and staff capacity building. Our team connects with experts in other areas of the University as needed.
